Once your payment is approved, your order is dispatched the next business day. Delivery then takes between one and seven business days depending on your address.

Shipping is free of charge on all orders within Turkey.

Orders are shipped with Yurtiçi Kargo and Kolay Gelsin, on weekdays only (Monday to Friday).

Please make sure your address, phone number and email are entered correctly at checkout. If something needs changing, contact us as quickly as possible at info@arinni.com and we will help where the order has not yet been dispatched.

Yes. You may return unused and undamaged products within 14 days of the delivery date. Requests made after 14 days cannot be processed.

Returned pieces must be unused and undamaged, and sent back with their original packaging, tags and accessories — including the product care card, the invoice and every packaging component (box, dust bag, tissue paper). Returns that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted.

Store your bag in its dust bag when it is not in use, and stuff it gently with soft tissue paper to hold its shape. Keep the leather away from water and humidity, and pat it dry immediately if it does get damp. Try to avoid rubbing against dark-coloured clothing, which can transfer colour onto the leather.
