RETURN POLICY


You may return unused and undamaged products within 14 days from the delivery date of your order. Requests made after the 14-day period will not be processed in accordance with our company procedures.

Returned products must:

• Be unused and undamaged,
• Be sent back with original packaging, tags, and accessories,
• Include the product care card, invoice, and all packaging components (box, dust bag, tissue paper, etc.) in full.

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and refunds will not be processed.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to make any changes to your order, you may cancel the existing order and place a new one. Once your order has been shipped, no changes or cancellations can be made through the carrier. In such cases, we recommend returning the order and placing a new one.
